How I Began

Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I found joy in dance, where I learned grace and precision. That passion grew as I transitioned into gymnastics and cheerleading—sports that taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of teamwork. I was fascinated by how my body moved and how I could improve my skills through practice and persistence. Being part of a team made me feel strong, capable, and unstoppable.

But as life moved on, team sports became harder to access, and I found myself searching for new ways to stay active and challenge myself. That search led me to the gym—and it was there that I found my greatest passion of all. The gym became my sanctuary, a place where I could show up for myself, push my limits, and build not just my strength, but also my confidence.

In the gym, I wasn’t competing against anyone else—I was competing with the person I was yesterday. Every rep, every set, and every breakthrough reminded me of my strength and potential. That mindset sparked something in me—a desire to help others experience that same sense of empowerment. I wanted to show people that fitness isn’t just about how you look; it’s about how you feel, how you grow, and how you take ownership of your journey.

That’s how Shaped by You Coaching was born. It’s built on the belief that your fitness journey is uniquely yours. My role is to guide you, support you, and help you build the strength, resilience, and confidence to write your own story—one that you’re proud of.

Bachelor of Kinesiology

Combining expertise in anatomy, biomechanics, and sports performance with a deep understanding of how the human mind works to support both the physical and mental aspects of fitness.
